Conservation and Rebates - VenturaResidential Rebate Program The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) is again funding the residential Water$mart Program. Check the website links below for the current status of the MWD Water$mart Rebate Program for California American Water residential customers in the Los Angeles County service areas. To participate in these rebate programs you must first call or submit online for a rebate reservation. Once you receive a rebate reservation you can proceed to purchase your device(s) and/or appliance(s) and submit the completed rebate application form. Customers who purchase devices/appliances prior to their reservation date will NOT be eligible for the MWD rebate programs.
