If you are moving into a new home or non-residential building, make sure that water is available at your address. Then your can call us at 800.422.2782 to schedule an appointment to install your water meter and turn on the water. Residential customers may be able to schedule the appointment through My H2O Online.
If you move to a residence where water service is already available, call our Customer Service Center and we will make a service call to read the meter and start your billing with an actual meter reading. If your water meter is located inside your home, it will be necessary for a representative to enter your home to read the meter.
Please call us at least three working days before you want your water service started.
