Discontinue Service - (Existing Meter)

To stop service when you are moving, or to shut off seasonal service, call our customer service center at 800.678.6301. Even if you are moving and we will provide water service to your new home, call a few days before you want service stopped.

When you call, please provide us with:

Your service address, billing address and telephone number
The date service should be stopped and we'll arrange a final meter reading
Your final billing address
