Transfer Service - (Existing Meter) Moving From One Address to AnotherTo begin service at your new location, call our customer service center at 800.678.6301. When you call please provide us with: - The old and new service address
- Billing address and telephone number
- When you want to discontinue service at the old address and begin it at the new address.
- A $26.00 activation fee is required when service is changed during the week up until 10:00 p.m. After 10 p.m. and on weekends an additional $30.00 fee is added.
- We will read the meter and start billing with an actual reading to make sure you are not charged for water you did not use.
- It is advisable to have someone home to make sure faucets and fixtures are off. If someone cannot be there please ensure shutoff valve to home is closed.
- If our representative observes meter continuing to run they will turn our meter valve off to protect your home.
