On any given weekend, you'll find Missouri American Water employees volunteering in support of water, environmental and other great causes in the communities that we serve. Come and join water conversations in your town!

CONFLUENCE TRASH BASH
WHEN: Saturday, March 21 at 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
WHERE: Old Chain of Rocks Bridge, Creve Coeur Park, Sunset Park in Florissant &  Ferguson Lane in Bridgeton
Missouri American Water will help the Missouri River Relief at one of the largest clean-up events in the state.

MEXICO EARTH DAY
WHEN:  Weds, April 22, 5:00 p.m.
WHERE:  Lakeview Park, Mexico, MO.
Come see Missouri American Water’s “Wings Over Water” watershed education program featuring the World Bird Sanctuary’s birds of prey up close and in flight!

JEFFERSON CITY - WINGS OVER WATER
WHEN:  Thursday, April 23, 6:30 p.m.
WHERE:  Runge Nature Conservation Center, 330 Commerce St.
Missouri American Water brings the Wings Over Water watershed education program to Runge Nature Conservation Center.  Bring your cameras to see the World Bird Sanctuary’s birds of prey up close and in flight!

THAT 80’S RUN. HEALTH AND WELLNESS EXPO, St. Charles County
WHEN: Saturday, April 25th from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
WHERE: St. Charles Community College
Missouri American Water will hand out water at the new 80’s themed community run.

ST. LOUIS EARTH DAY
WHEN: Sunday, April 26 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
WHERE: The Muny in Forest Park
One of the largest celebrations in the nation, St. Louis’ Earth Day festivities are a great family activity.  Missouri American Water’s booth, near the Muny ticket booth features interactive water games.  And come enjoy the Wings Over Water programs at the Community Stage at 12:30 and 3:20 p.m.

ST. LOUIS HEART WALK
WHEN: Saturday, May 9th at 9 a.m., registration at 7:30 a.m.
WHERE: Busch Stadium
Missouri American Water is a sponsor at the annual event raising donations that fund research, education, and advocacy for healthier hearts. Stop by our booth in Busch Stadium before the run begins!

JOPLIN OPEN HOUSE
WHEN: Friday, June 5, 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Joplin Water Treatment Plant – 1118 West 21st St.
Come join the fun at our Joplin Water Treatment Plant.  Tour the plant and learn about how we treat drinking water.  We’ll have hot dogs, kids’ activities and prizes too!

ARNOLD FARMERS MARKET
WHEN: Saturday, July 18, and Saturday, August 15 8:00 a.m.
WHERE:  Arnold City Park
Come for fresh local produce, breakfast and good conversation at the Arnold Farmers Market.

GREEN HOMES FESTIVAL – ST. LOUIS
WHEN:  Saturday June 20, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Missouri American Water brings the “Wings Over Water” watershed education program to the festival at 11:00 a.m.  Come see the World Bird Sanctuary’s eagles hawks and owls up close and in flight!

SALUTE TO AMERICA – JEFFERSON CITY
WHEN: Saturday July 4, 3:00, 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Missouri Capitol Stage
Celebrate July 4 with Missouri American Water’s Wings Over Water watershed education programs featuring America’s symbol – the bald eagle.  Enjoy the World Bird Sanctuary’s birds of prey up close and in flight!

MISSOURI AMERICAN WATER MR340
WHEN: July 28 - 31 (Kansas City to St. Charles).  
WHERE: Lewis and Clark Boathouse, St. Charles Riverfront
Missouri American Water sponsors this race – with volunteers involved from start to finish, in the water and on shore!  Stop by the Lewis and Clark Nature Center and Boathouse on Thursday and Friday to watch the canoes and kayaks cross the finish line in the world’s longest river race.

PARKVILLE DAYS
WHEN: Saturday, August 21 and Sunday, August 22, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
WHERE:  English Landing Park
