Welcome Meramec Sewer Company Customers

Missouri American Water welcomes our new wastewater customers in the Fenton area.  Most of our new wastewater customers have been our water customers for some time; and now we are pleased to be your wastewater service provider.  As the wastewater service provider for the system formerly operated as Meramec Sewer Company (MSC), our mission is to provide you reliable, quality wastewater service.

Customers will not need to take any additional steps to ensure your service continues.  Meramec Sewer Company has sent out final bills for service through March 4. Customers who have questions about their final bill, may contact MSC at 636-343-9923.

Most customers will see a new wastewater charge line item on their Missouri American Water bills.  Some customers will be receiving a Missouri American Water wastewater bill for the first time.  Your wastewater service will be billed as a flat monthly charge.  At this time, your rates will stay the same.  

Your first Missouri American Water bill will include your water service charges and a prorated sewer charge covering service from about March 5 through March 19. Future Missouri American Water bills will reflect a full charge for sewer service.
