Pay Automatically – No stamps required Save time and money. Sign up for our Automatic Payment Program, and your bill will be paid on time, every time, directly from your checking or savings account on the date it is due. No stamps required. You will still receive a copy of your bill before the due date, so you will have time to ask any questions before payment. Best of all, it’s totally free! To enroll in the program, simply complete enrollment form and mail or fax it back to us. Please note: This payment option is not offered to customers in Avalon. Pay by Phone or on Online With our new self-service web site, My H2O Online, residential customers can pay bills online with your Visa or MasterCard or with an e-check, when it is convenient. You can also manage your account and keep track of your history of water use and account activity for up to two years. You also can pay your bill by calling 866.271.5522. There is a small fee per transaction for credit card payments. Be sure to have your 10-digit account number – located on the upper right corner of your current bill – handy. Commercial customers and any others who are unable to register on the site can pay online by visiting www.paymybill.com. Pay in Person New Jersey American Water has agreements with numerous businesses across the state where you can pay your bill in person. These locations include supermarkets and drug stores. Please note, this list changes periodically. Customers are encouraged to call the location first, to ensure they still accept payments for New Jersey American Water. That is why we offer two programs to provide assistance to low-income families. For customers who have fallen on difficult financial times, New Jersey American Water’s H2O Help to Others Program™ and Low Income Payment Programs are offered to provide assistance for customers who qualify.
