New Water Service Installation
To request the installation of new water service to a property, you may download and complete a New Water Service Application form by clicking on the link below. Upon receipt of your form, New Jersey American Water will review your request to verify water service is available to your property. We will contact you within 5 -10 business days regarding the receipt and status of your application. It is important to complete all the fields on the application so we may process your request as quickly as possible. Please print and complete a Fire Flow Calculator Worksheet:
NOTE: Fire Service customers must also provide a set of sprinkler plans signed by the the local Fire Sub-code Official.
