Water Quality Reports

We take water quality very seriously. When it comes to complying with strict federal regulations for delivering clean, quality drinking water, we’ve consistently scored among the highest of all water companies. Currently, we score greater than 99% in drinking water compliance – a fact that we are immensely proud of.

In the past several years, and all over the country, we’ve received more than 150 awards for superior water quality from state regulators, industry organizations, individual communities, and governmental and environmental agencies. Visit our Accolades section to view some of our recent awards.

Find Your Water Quality Report

To learn more about the water quality in your area, click on either of the links below.  The first file is a Basic Water Quality Summary that includes the water quality information that customers most commonly request. If you want more information, we invite you to view the Detailed Water Quality Report (also called the Consumer Confidence Report or CCR) that contains more information including where the water comes from, any contaminants that were detected, and additional educational information.

New York American Water

NOTE: New York American Water did not own the below water systems at the time the data was collected, as the company purchased Aqua New York on May 1, 2012. As a result, the below water quality reports are copies of what was sent to customers by the former water service provider (Aqua New York). We wanted to post them to our website so that you would still have access to your most recent water quality report. Next year, we will be providing you with your annual water quality report based on this year’s data.
