At West Virginia American Water, providing you with the best customer service possible is our priority. If you have an issue that could not be resolved after contacting our Customer Service Center (1-800-685-8660) please feel free to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This forum does not take the place of our Customer Service Center, which must be the first method of customer contact - particularly for issues that need to be addressed immediately. However, if your question, concern or request is still not resolved, you may contact us at this email address, being sure to provide as much information as you can (name, address, account number, type of issue, best contact method, etc.) so that we can better assist you.
