Boil Water Advisory Lifted for Pennsylvania American Water Customers on South Locust, West Oak and West Cherry Streets in Palmyra Borough

PALMYRA, Pa. (Sept. 23, 2020) Pennsylvania American Water customers residing on South Locust, West Oak, and West Cherry streets no longer have to boil their water before use. Acceptable test results were obtained from samples collected on September 22 and 23, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has authorized lifting the precautionary boil water advisory.

This notice applies to customers on South Locust, West Oak and West Cherry streets in Palmyra Borough.

The boil advisory was issued on Sept. 22 due to a water main break.
