- Directly serve customers or provide wholesale water to nearly 75 Hoosier communities.

- Operate 40 surface and groundwater treatment plants
- Operate 4 wastewater treatment facilities
- Maintain 5,500 miles of water and sewer pipeline
- Maintain nearly 34,000 fire hydrants
- Operate nearly 100 water storage tanks and 35 clear wells
- Expect to invest over $200 million annually in infrastructure investments
