We're proud to be your water and/or wastewater service provider! To help you become more acquainted with our services and address any questions you may have, we are hosting a series of Customer Service Pop-Up Events throughout June 2025. Schedule a time to chat with us - We're here to help!

Event Details:

• Virtual Appointments: Available June 4, 11, 18 and 25 and July 1 2, 8 and 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
  
• In-Person Appointments: Available June 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  Location: Coatesville City Hall (1 City Hall Place, Coatesville, PA) 

These events are an excellent opportunity to meet our team, learn more about your water and/or service and get answers to any questions you might have. Don't forget to ask about our income-based customer assistance offerings, too!
