Kentucky American Water Announces Remote Job Opportunities for Lexington and Surrounding Areas

Kentucky American Water and its parent company, American Water (NYSE:AWK), the nation’s largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, announced today it will offer 25 fully remote, customer service job opportunities for residents of Lexington and its surrounding areas.

The entry-level, work-from-home Customer Care Agent (CCA) positions will be open to individuals that live in Lexington or within a two-hour driving distance of the city. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to address service needs for Kentucky American Water customers as well as all customers within American Water’s regulated footprint.
